There are free delivery options for multiple purchases worked out at the checkout automatically.

What courier do we use? We use Royal Mail, you can select First or Second class at the checkout when you make your purchase.

We endeavour to ship orders within 1-3 working days after receipt of purchase, at the Post Office and always obtain proof of postage which can be requested by contacting us.

Where is my order? If you have succesfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, if you have recently placed an order with us please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us. Please bear in mind during bank holidays and after bad weather conditions The Royal Mail service does get affected and it can take up to 9 working days in extreme cases for your order to be delivered, your patience is appreciated as every effort is being taken to ensure your order is being delivered.

Can I change my order? Unfortunately we cannot make any changes to your order after its placed, please contact us if you need assistance with your order.

Can I upgrade my shipping method? We are unable to change the shipping method on your order after its been placed. we can cancel and refund the order, but you will need to re-place the order with the updated shipping method, if you want to do this please email us.

We do not ship internationally at the current time.
